Vice President of Recruiting – Phoenix Office The Newport Group is offering a unique opportunity to join a highly tenured and respected recruiting firm in a senior leadership role. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Recruiting to lead all recruiting operations for our new Phoenix office. This individual will oversee multiple recruiting practices and desks across our specialized industry verticals. Working closely with the firm's owner, the successful candidate will play a key role in hiring, training, mentoring, and developing both new and existing recruiters while helping drive the continued growth and success of the organization. We are looking for a long-term leader with the ambition, capacity, and vision to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.
