Technical Recruiter Department: Recruiting Employment Type: Contract / Temp Location: Hawthorne, California Compensation: $93,000 - $125,000 / year Description Venturi Astrolab, Inc. We are seeking motivated, creative, and exceptional people to join our world‑class team. We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to recruit high‑quality talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities, and other corporate functions. This contract is up to 12 months with an opportunity to extend as our team and hiring needs continue to grow. What you’ll do: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other non-technical functions Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings and job postings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates Promote the company's employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, and company policies Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate quality What you’ll bring: Basic Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, and other non-technical corporate roles Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Experience recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate functions Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing offers Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within a government contracting environment, including familiarity with OFCCP, EEO regulations, and audit-ready recruiting practices Experience with ATS platforms such as Pinpoint, Greenhouse, or Ashby Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities Benefits and Perks Join a team of best-in-class engineers building the foundation of planetary surface exploration Equity ownership in the company Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support 401(k) plan with company match Flexible PTO and parental leave Home office set up reimbursement Weekly lunch stipend, plus complimentary snacks and beverages on-site Once a month social hour on-site with food and drinks #J-18808-Ljbffr Venturi Astrolab, Inc.
