Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of digital innovation, driving exceptional customer experiences and sustainable growth.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projectsYour contribution to the team: A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation. A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.Required Skill and Experiencehighly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that enable personalized customer engagement at scale. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), REST/SOAP APIs, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Data Extensions, and Marketing Cloud integrations.The role involves building reusable solutions, developing custom Journey Builder components, integrating SFMC with enterprise applications, and supporting marketing automation initiatives across multiple business units.Preferred Skill and ExperienceKey Responsibilities• Develop dynamic and personalized marketing content using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, and CSS.• Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.• Create and manage Data Extensions, Contact Data Models, Data Relationships, and Segmentation strategies.• Build and maintain automated customer journeys using Journey Builder.• Develop custom Journey Builder Activities, Events, and Content Builder Components.• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Marketing Cloud SDKs.• Configure and manage Triggered Sends, transactional messaging, and real-time customer communications.• Design reusable packages, templates, and components that can be leveraged across multiple business units.• Troubleshoot and optimize SFMC performance, data synchronization, and campaign execution.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
