Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Location: Thomasville, GA

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1931.20 - 2027.76

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS; FM-Intermediate, IV Start; Must be ok with ratios 1:6 or 1:7; Minimum One year recent MedSurg experience required; Previous travel experience preferred; Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided); Qualivis submission form required on all submissions; References, Skills Checklist, updated NURSYS and copy of DL to prove 30-mile radius

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients on the MedSurg floor, including ortho, neuro, and peds units.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
