• License/Certs: Active North Carolina license & NC DEA license required
• Experience: Minimum of 12 months in urgent care, family practice, or acute care settings; no new grads considered

What You'll Do:

• Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months+)
• Perform minor procedures such as lac repairs, ear irrigations, etc.
• Manage high patient volumes independently, ensuring quality care and positive patient experiences
• Document all visits accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with support staff and supervising physicians as needed
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements

What You Need:

• Active NC license and NC DEA
• Board certification: NCCPA (PA) or Family NP Cert
• Minimum 12 months experience in urgent or family care
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Excellent soft skills and ability to handle high-volume patient care
• Ability to participate in mandatory training sessions on set Wednesdays
