The Kensington Bethesda is seeking a Lead Concierge for our in-person community in Bethesda, MD. You will manage the reception area, greet visitors, handle day-to-day communications, and support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include supervising the concierge schedule, handling mail and packages, coordinating transportation requests, and maintaining emergency procedures knowledge.
