Hands-on experience building multi-agent orchestration systems (LangChain, LangGraph, custom frameworks, or equivalent) Deep understanding of RAG pipelines - embedding models, vector stores, graph-based retrieval, and grounding strategies Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise backends (ticketing systems, ITSM tools, CRM, or similar) Strong Python skills; comfort reasoning about async, event-driven agent workflows.
