Position SummaryThe Assistant Recruiter plays a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment for valet, hospitality, and operational positions. This individual will partner closely with Operations leaders to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting, relationship building, and contributing to a growing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition- Review and screen resumes and applications for valet, hospitality, and operational positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Perform reference checks and assist with candidate assessments.
- Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through online job boards, referrals, and recruiting tools.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.
- Manage and track requisition requests to ensure timely hiring support.
- Review job descriptions, qualifications, and hiring expectations with stakeholders.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Develop and utilize structured interview guides and screening questions.
- Prepare offer letters and communicate employment details to selected candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Review onboarding documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all required employment paperwork is submitted to Human Resources within established timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to support successful employee integration and retention.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate documentation.
- Ensure hiring and onboarding practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support reporting and recruiting metrics as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for hospitality, operations, customer service, supply chain, or similar environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience recruiting high-volume or hourly workforces.
- Familiarity with valet, hospitality, parking, or service-based operations.
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional hiring initiatives.
- Coursework or certification in Human Resources, Recruiting, or a related field.
- Competitive hourly pay at $25.00 per hour

Responsabilidades
Operaciones de Reclutamiento
Revisar y filtrar solicitudes y currículums para puestos abiertos de valet, hospitalidad y operaciones.
Realizar entrevistas iniciales telefónicas y/o presenciales.
Realizar verificación de referencias y apoyar en la evaluación de candidatos.
Crear y publicar anuncios de empleo internos y externos alineados con los estándares de la empresa y la voz de la marca.
Colaboración con Operaciones
Gestionar solicitudes de requisición de los Gerentes de Operaciones y confirmar las necesidades de contratación.
Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para revisar descripciones de puestos, requisitos y expectativas del rol.
Programar entrevistas entre candidatos calificados y gerentes de contratación.
Proporcionar actualizaciones y orientación oportunas durante todo el proceso de contratación.
Gestión de Candidatos e Incorporación
Desarrollar y mantener conjuntos de preguntas para entrevistas telefónicas y presenciales.
Evaluar las calificaciones de los candidatos, verificar referencias y preparar ofertas de empleo.
Coordinar las sesiones de incorporación una vez que se acepten las ofertas.
Colaborar con los Gerentes de Contratación para asegurar una incorporación exitosa, claridad del rol y alineación de objetivos.
Revisar la documentación de los nuevos empleados para garantizar exactitud y completitud; enviar la documentación a RR.HH. según la política y los plazos.
Cumplimiento y Reportes
Asegurar que las prácticas de reclutamiento e incorporación cumplan con las leyes laborales federales, estatales y locales.
Mantener registros y documentación precisos durante todo el proceso de contratación.
Requisitos
Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED obligatorio; estudios en RR.HH. o reclutamiento son un plus.
2+ años de experiencia en reclutamiento en hospitalidad, operaciones, cadena de suministro o áreas relacionadas.
Capacidad para manejar información confidencial y sensible con profesionalismo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Muy organizado/a, orientado/a al detalle y capaz de manejar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico.
Dominio de MS Office, herramientas móviles de reclutamiento y plataformas HRIS/ATS.
Calificaciones Preferidas (Opcional)
Experiencia reclutando puestos de alta rotación o por horas.
Familiaridad con entornos de hospitalidad o operaciones de valet.
Comodidad trabajando en múltiples sitios/ubicaciones.
