We will find a client close to the location in which you'd like to work!Pay $21-$23 hr plus paid training and mileageCurrent scheduling needs:Weekend help is needed in all areasMorning shifts availableCaregivers willing to transport clients in their own vehiclesBilingual, SpanishASL caregiverCaregivers that are comfortable with training on hoyer lift and medicationsPart-time and full-time hours available (flexible scheduling!)Requirements18 years+Ability to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, clean driving recordReliable vehicleAuto insurance with your name listed on the policy as a driverWeekend availabilityWhat will you do as an In Home Caregiver?Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (we offer mileage reimbursement!)Helping clients bathe, dress, and groomHousehold chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTech-savvy caregivers (app clock in/ clock out, email, and texting required)Monitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. We pay you for your travel time and mileage in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!If you have not previously completed the Oregon state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients.
