Position Responsibilities Deliver in-field coaching to technicians during live repair work to improve diagnostic skills, repair quality, and execution discipline Reinforce standardized diagnostic processes, including root cause analysis and repair verification, to reduce repeat repairs Partner with branch leadership to align technician development with operational goals such as first-time-fix rates and efficiency Track technician progress, identify skill gaps, and adjust coaching plans to support ongoing development Maintain a strong field presence while providing feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve service performance Position Requirements 3-5 years of management level experience in shop and service management, within the construction equipment rental industry is preferred. Extensive experience as a senior-level technician with advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Proven ability to coach and develop technicians in field or shop environments Strong knowledge of construction equipment systems, repair practices, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and translate complex issues into practical guidance Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to influence without direct authority Ability to work independently in field environments with frequent travel between locations Why Choose Us?
