The Back Of House position is essential to the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment located in Boynton West, 015. This role focuses on supporting the front of house by managing inventory, preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all kitchen and storage areas meet health and safety standards. The successful candidate will work closely with kitchen staff and management to facilitate timely food preparation and delivery. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to maintaining stock levels and minimizing waste. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., ServSafe).

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Prepare ingredients and assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to prevent shortages.
• Assist with waste management and recycling efforts to promote sustainability.
