Client Enrollment Specialist

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Client Enrollment Specialist will convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments through consultative sales techniques while working remotely and earning uncapped commission based on performance. Key responsibilities Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments by understanding client needs and guiding them through the enrollment process Achieve or exceed sales and quality metrics, including conversion rates and appointment show rates Communicate the value of mental health services while maintaining a compassionate, client-first approach Required qualifications Sales experience in a high-volume environment, preferably inside sales or healthcare Proven ability to influence, persuade, and close sales effectively Strong customer service and call center experience Experience in mental health or healthcare preferred High proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
