Goals and Challenges of this Role Review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling. Ability to run large machining centers either VTL or HBM. Edit and maintain CNC programs. Perform machine setup and operation as needed. Implement continuous improvement. Inspection and measurement of machined components. Train and develop less experienced AT&F machinists. Qualifications Preferred 3 years experience in component CNC machining. Experienced with lower run quantities per part. Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T. Applied experience with various inspection methods (hand gauges, CMM, etc.). Proven ability to develop the machining skills of others. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Siemens, and G-code programming. Overhead crane operation and rigging experience. Basic computer skills for email, web-based communications. Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
