Sous Chef
Lolo Wine Bar is looking for a Sous Chef. Currently open 7 nights per week, but this could be a part time or full time position depending on the candidate.
Job Overview:
- Support upper management with Lolo AM/PM line duties and act as the lead under chef
- Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standards
- Assist in overseeing inventory, purchasing
- Ensure compliance with food handler and sanitation standards
- Maintain full knowledge of and compliance with all departmental policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Support the Chef in training, mentoring, developing, and managing the kitchen staff
- Supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
