In return for hard work and dedication, our goal is to provide a safe, productive, and enjoyable workplace for every employee.FLSA Status: Non- exemptSUMMARYAssist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL JOBS and RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.When Salesmen are not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.Organize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings.Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.Check accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.SKILLSProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentAttentive to detailFormer sales support and customer service experience is a plusAbility to prioritizeHighly organizationStrong communication skills - both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual duties effectivelyStrong multitasking capabilitiesA commitment to integrity, ethical and economical practices, and Champion's Operating PrinciplesPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
