IT Operations Engineer (m/w/x) Application & Infrastructure

So entstehen vernetzte Plattformen, smarte Datenanalysen und hochverfügbare Architekturen für komplexe und sicherheitskritische Anwendungen.

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du den zuverlässigen Betrieb einer komplexen und geschäftskritischen Applikations- und Infrastrukturumgebung. Gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Operations-Team kümmerst du dich um Monitoring, Administration, Patching, Deployments und Incident Management. Dabei arbeitest du mit Linux- und Windows-Systemen, Datenbanken und verschiedenen Middleware-Komponenten und entwickelst deine Kenntnisse im Betrieb komplexer IT-Landschaften kontinuierlich weiter.

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der zuverlässigen Betreuung der Microsoft-SQL-Server-Umgebung . Softwareentwicklung steht dabei nicht im Fokus – deine Aufgabe ist es, den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb der bestehenden Plattform sicherzustellen.

Du bist in einer internen und unbefristeten Festanstellung als IT Operations Engineer (m/w/x) Application & Infrastructure mit folgenden Aufgaben von Remote:

Unterstützung beim Betrieb und Monitoring einer komplexen Applikations- und Infrastrukturumgebung
Administration und Wartung von Linux- und Windows-Servern
Unterstützung beim Betrieb von Microsoft SQL Server und weiteren Datenbankkomponenten
Durchführung von regelmäßigen System- und Health Checks
Unterstützung bei Incident-, Request- und Problem-Management
Durchführung von Betriebssystem-, Middleware- und Security-Patches
Unterstützung bei Deployments und regelmäßigen Releases
Verwaltung und Erneuerung von SSL/TLS-Zertifikaten
Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen mit Ansible
Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebsunterlagen
Zusammenarbeit mit Development- und Operations-Teams bei technischen Fragestellungen
Unterstützung bei Audits und technischen Nachweisen
Teilnahme an der 24/7-On-Call-Rotation

Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Operations, System Administration, DevOps oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
Gute Kenntnisse in Linux und/oder Windows Server
Erste bis gute Erfahrung mit Microsoft SQL Server
Verständnis für Datenbanken, Server- und Application-Server-Umgebungen
Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, idealerweise Ansible
Kenntnisse im Bereich Monitoring, Incident Management und System Maintenance
Erste Erfahrung mit Deployment- und Release-Prozessen
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei der Fehleranalyse
Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer 24/7-On-Call-Rotation
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
