Project Manager - SIS Replacement Project Location: Remote/Hybrid Overview Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale Student Information System (SIS) Replacement initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring key roadmap milestones are delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities Manage project plans, schedules, and roadmap deliverables Coordinate technical, business, and executive stakeholders Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans Lead status meetings and provide executive-level reporting Drive milestone readiness and stakeholder accountability Ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise IT environments Experience leading large-scale software implementations, system migrations, or transformation programs Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Proven experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery across multiple workstreams Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications Student Information System (SIS) experience Higher Education industry experience ERP implementation or system modernization experience PMP Certification Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery experience Day-to-Day Project planning and schedule management Stakeholder meetings and status reporting Risk and dependency management Cross-functional coordination Executive updates and governance activities Title: Project Manager Location: NYC/Remote Client Industry: Education Compensation: $60-75/hr W2 Ref ID: 1689978 About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
