Job Title: Production Fabricator


Duration: 06 months Temp to hire contract


Location: Ridgefield WA 98642


Shift: 5am - 3:30pm


Pay Rate: $21.45 /hr. on W2

EDUCATION - HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED


WORKING HOURS: 5AM - 3:30PM - MONDAY - FRIDAY WITH POSSIBLE OVERTIME


THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $1.25PH SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR HOURS WORKED BETWEEN 5PM - 7AM


MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES WHO HAVE POTENTIAL, A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN, PUNCTUAL AND A GOOD ATTITUDE. THEY DO NOT NECESSARILY NEED TO HAVE PRIOR LAMINATOR OR ASSEMBLER EXPERIENCE


This position is located in Ridgefield, WA and plays an integral part in creating finished parts through safe and quality fabrication or assembly of component parts in this Specialty Fabrication facility.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates equipment needed to perform job
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
Utilize safe work habits
Wear appropriate PPE
Comply with all Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures.
Other duties as assigned


EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Three years of verifiable work history


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
Standing up to 12 hours daily
Walking up to 12 hours daily
Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily
Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularly
Travel less than 10%
