Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate daily standups Lead sprint planning meetings Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback Note areas of improvement Identify action items for future sprints Manage scrum board and ensure cards are up to date Manage Microsoft Project and JIRA Meet with team/individuals as required Consult with team members Qualifications/Requirements Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential or equivalent Agile certification Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting or managing projects within intelligence data system environments or comparable federal intelligence systems Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and documentation tools commonly used in Agile environments Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with the ability to guide, coach, and align multidisciplinary teams Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement across technical and stakeholder groups Job Location Washington, DC 20395 DRCG, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
