Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Telemetry Unit. The RN will provide patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes and comfort for patients in a fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to work efficiently as part of a team and adapt to the dynamic needs of the unit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and implement patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Texas RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Cardiac experience preferred
