Medical Sales Representative

The Opportunity: Lead a Breakthrough in Urology

Versawell, Inc. is a medical products innovator focused on elevating patient care. We are seeking a strategic Sales Representative to lead the limited commercial release of our first-of-its-kind healthcare product.

This is a rare "ground floor" opportunity to introduce a disruptive technology to the urology field.

Position Growth Path

Phase 1: Start part-time immediately to support our limited release and build key clinical relationships.
Phase 2: Opportunity to transition to full-time in 2027 to coincide with the full-scale national launch.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry: Drive adoption by engaging men in need, key New England urologists and clinical stakeholders including medical equipment supply companies and assisted living facilities.
Launch Execution: Support execution of limited market release focusing on sales in Q4/2026
Clinical Education: Act as a subject matter expert, articulating the unique clinical benefits of our first-of-its-kind product.
Remote Management: Work autonomously to grow our initial New England territory while collaborating closely with our NH-based leadership team.

What You Bring

Medical Sales Success: Experience in medical device or healthcare sales (Urology background is preferred but not required).
Entrepreneurial Drive: You enjoy the challenge of launching new products and navigating "first-to-market" hurdles.
Strategic Communication: Ability to build rapport with patients and high-level decision-makers.
Availability: Ready to start part-time now and provide focused attention in Q4/2026.
