Our fine dining steakhouse, located in Boston's lively Back Bay neighborhood, specializes in grill mastery and is dedicated to delivering an impeccable dining experience for our guests. At the same time, we strive to create an engaging and dynamic work environment for our talented team.

Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary $80,000 to $90,000 a year based on exepreince

Job Description:

As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to oversee day-to-day front-of-the-house operations. Your role involves creating and thriving in a positive and team-oriented environment. Fundamental knowledge of wine and exceptional service is essential. As a Restaurant Manager, you must possess a commanding presence and actively engage with our guests. Daily activities include coaching and training staff, as well as utilizing exceptional administrative skills and a comprehensive understanding of all restaurant operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of three years' experience in upscale restaurant management.
