Customer Success Manager

Global-Pak, Inc.

A leading packaging firm is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee post-sale relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will manage onboarding and training while proactively addressing customer needs. This role requires strong relationship management skills and 3-5 years experience in a B2B environment, particularly in Customer Success or Account Management. Excellent communication skills and experience with tools such as NetSuite and Salesforce are essential. This is a full-time position in Youngstown, Ohio.
