Modality: Hybrid 4 days in office / 1 day work from home; Draper, UT Schedule: Full-time; consistent weekly working hours Compensation: $40,000 base salary + commissions and bonuses; On-Target Earnings (OTE) approximately $60,000 annually

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Clicklease, you'll be on the front end of our sales process, finding new opportunities, starting conversations, and helping build the pipeline that grows our business.

You'll spend a lot of your day reaching out to prospective partners through cold calls, email, and other channels. Your goal is simple: start conversations, uncover opportunities, and get qualified prospects in front of our Account Executives.

Sales experience is a plus, but it's not required. We can teach you our systems, our product, and our sales process. What we're looking for is someone who brings energy, persistence, curiosity, and the motivation to get better every day.

The Team

You'll join a collaborative Business Development team focused on driving pipeline growth and helping small businesses access financing solutions that support their success. The team works closely with Account Executives and leadership to create strong prospect experiences and generate meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

• Prospect potential partners and customers through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach strategies.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria.
• Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives.
• Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels.
• Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
• Communicate Clicklease's value proposition effectively to prospective customers and partners.

What You Have

• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset and the motivation to build a career in sales.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment.
• Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, or social engagement channels.
• Experience using CRM software in a professional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah four days per week.
• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Previous experience in a high-energy, performance-driven sales environment.
• Door-to-door, commission-based, retail, home services, solar, pest control, home security, or similar sales experience.
• Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, or lead generation.
• Experience working toward individual sales goals, quotas, or performance incentives.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
• A track record of success in a competitive environment, whether through work, athletics, academics, or other activities.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

• Build proficiency with Clicklease systems, outreach workflows, and lead qualification standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed baseline demo generation and outbound prospecting expectations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proactive follow-up cadence across assigned pipeline activities.
• Develop effective working relationships with Account Executives and Business Development leadership.
