The Cybersecurity Analyst will partner with the security team, program, and government customers to perform as an Special Access Programs (SAP) Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in King of Prussia, PA.The work that our Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) do can be summarized in this way:You will have the opportunity to engage in all aspects of the cyber discipline.Who we are:You get to be a part of a company widely recognized as a top employer for women, people of color and veterans – a highly inclusive culture and ranked #12 in Forbes 2025 “America’s Dream Employers” and in the Top 50 of Forbes 2025 “World’s Best Employers”.Top performers have been promoted, stretched and taken lateral moves multiples times in one year.Deliver security assessments with 100 % accuracy – Perform system security validations with 100 % accuracy, verifying baselines and security configurations.Maintain 100 % active accreditation status of all Authorization To Operate (ATO) packages.Complete 100 % Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) objectives for Classified Information Systems.Effectively communicate with leadership to ensure awareness of progress of deliverables.Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events. Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address noncompliance in the allotted time frame.Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.Evaluate proposed changes or additions to the information system and advise the ISSM of their security relevance.Ensure configuration management (CM) for security relevant IS software, hardware, and firmware is maintained and documented. We support our employees.### Basic QualificationsMust possess a DoD 8140/8570 IAM/IAT or IASAE Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP, or CISSP-ISSEP).Information Systems auditing experienceHands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance toolsExperience with developing, reviewing and maintaining RMF artifacts### Desired SkillsDemonstrated technical experience in Windows and Linux based operating systems and command lineIn-depth experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability managementPrevious experience working with system accreditation requirements and NIST 80053 (DAAPM/JSIG) RMF implementationExperience implementing complex technologies within large environments, possessing strong technical skillsExperience setting up or using SplunkExperience implementing or validating Secure Technical Implementation Guidance (STIGs)Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 yearsOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
