You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee crew performance, ensure operational efficiency, and drive sales growth. This role offers leadership experience and opportunities to advance within the company. How You Will Drive Success Work directly with the General Manager to promote consistent revenue growth and improve key performance metrics such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus. Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience. Lead by example to build team engagement and operational efficiency. Develop teammates using internal training programs and ongoing coaching. Enforce quality control measures and processes consistently. Manage inventory, cash handling procedures, and guest concerns. Collaborate with the District Manager on critical initiatives. Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center aligned with the Guide to Excellence (GTE). Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and CSAs. Conduct opening and closing duties as needed. Support the General Manager in building and sustaining an engaged workforce that meets business needs. Lead daily huddles and store meetings, setting direction to meet business goals. Manage inventory and product ordering to align with business demand. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and productive environment. Assist guests with their questions and needs in person, electronically, or via telephone. Under the Hood – What You’ll Need 1–3 years of retail management experience (automotive industry experience not required). Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups. Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry. Analytical skills to recommend financial objectives that increase sales and service results. Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance. Enthusiasm for a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment. Guest‑first mindset. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Physical ability to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds. Capacity to work in hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
