Part-Time & Full-Time/ Flexible Shifts | Clinical Support | What Sets Our HHAs Apart
- License to Lead: Your accredited HHA certificate isn’t just a credential—it’s the foundation for advanced skill-building, paid training, and nurse-mentored career tracks.

- Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
- Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
- Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
- Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
- Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) program and certificate is required. Not certified yet? We can help you get there through our school program ❤️
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
