Role Description The Creative Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Lynchburg, VA. This role leads the overall creative vision for the brand, ensuring all visual and messaging elements align with strategic business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, overseeing brand identity across digital and print materials, and guiding the design of presentations, collateral, and online content. The Creative Director will manage and mentor creative contributors, review and refine design work, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate complex land and timber services into clear, engaging storytelling. The role also involves coordinating with external vendors or agencies as needed and maintaining consistent quality and brand standards across all touchpoints.\n

• Candidates should possess skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to define and lead cohesive, goal-driven creative initiatives.

• Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Art Direction to shape visual identity, ensure consistency, and guide the look and feel of campaigns.

• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design to create compelling layouts, visuals, and marketing materials for digital and print channels.
\n
• Relevant experience managing creative projects from concept to delivery, including working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in brand development, campaign design, and clear visual communication.
\n
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite or comparable software).
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain creative decisions to non-design stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in real estate, land, timber, or related sectors is beneficial but not required.
