Medical Administrative Assistant Temp or Temp to Permanent

We are seeking a Medical Assistant for a 36–40 hour per week temporary assignment for an initial 12-week period, with the potential for extension based on operational needs. We are hoping to have someone start as soon as possible! Flexibilty in schedule will be considered

Our clinic is a busy Family Practice with integrated Behavioral Health services, consisting of 6 primary care providers, 1 Behavioral Health Provider and 1 intermittent Women's Health provider.

Clinic hours of operation:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

To support our clinical operations, candidates must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). We are able to accommodate 12-hour shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays if preferred.

Experience with EPIC and electronic medical record documentation is highly preferred, as the successful candidate will be expected to integrate quickly into our workflows and support a high-volume primary care environment.

$ 23.00 - $ 28.00 per Hour depending on expereince.
