About the Role:We have a current opening for a Customer Sales Analyst, Target and are actively reviewing applications.As the Customer Sales Analyst – Target you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Target sales team, delivering data-driven insights, financial analysis, and compelling business storytelling to drive profitable growth. You will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities, monitoring business performance, and translating data into actionable recommendations that influence customer strategy, joint business planning, and innovation initiatives. To excel in this role, you'll bring a combination of strong analytical capability with commercial acumen and the ability to clearly communicate insights in both internal and customer-facing settings.This position is hybrid, and will be based in our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.Main Responsibilities:Business & Customer InsightsMine and synthesize customer and syndicated data (Circana, TCN, POL, etc.) to develop insights and growth recommendationsLead analytics for business reviews, line reviews, innovation sessions, seasonal presentations, JBP and Top-to-Top meetingsAnalyze seasonal sell-through to provide forward-looking recommendationsFinancial & Trade Performance ManagementAnalyze trade spend against volume, revenue, and profitability targetsEvaluate promotional effectiveness and ROIMonitor KPIs and maintain Target JBP scorecard aligned to key financial metricsProvide visibility to trade investment, volume delivery, innovation performance, and channel KPIsScorecards & ReportingDevelop and maintain dynamic scorecards to monitor business performanceCreate clear, executive-ready presentations that translate analysis into business implications (JBP-True, Channel MBR)Complete ad hoc analysis to support sales leadership decision-makingCross-Functional CollaborationActively participate in annual planning and forecast processesAttend customer meetings alongside the Account Manager as needed, contributing analytical perspective and recommendationsPartner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Broker teamsAbout You:At least 3 years at a CPG company preferredBachelor’s Degree in business, M.B.A. is a plusKnowledge of Circana, TCN, POLKnowledge of SAPTM is a bonusCategory management experience is preferredStrong math, analytical, and critical thinking skillsDetailed oriented with solid planning and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a proactive and timely mannerAbility to generate positive relationships and foster a team environmentGood communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel approximately 10%Artificial Intelligence DisclosureAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
