Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and preferences to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, focusing on modalities that best fit clients’ unique circumstances.
• Work alongside healthcare providers to coordinate an integrated approach to clients’ physical, emotional, and social wellness, ensuring all aspects of care are addressed.
• Advocate for clients' rights, connecting them with appropriate community resources and support services to empower their healing journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in electronic health records, tracking client progress and treatment outcomes efficiently.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions designed to enhance clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your work will often involve collaborating with clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, making a commitment to cultural competence and social justice crucial to the role. By understanding and respecting clients as individuals, you will tailor your approaches to meet their specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in clinical practices.
• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical social work experience, showcasing your ability to provide high-quality therapeutic services.
• Strong proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans to address complex client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to cultivate rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Demonstrated history of effective advocacy for clients' needs within community settings.
• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar integrated health care environments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
