Marketing Manager

Location: Bridgeton, NJ (In-Person | Hybrid Option Available After Training) Full-Time Are you a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on building client relationships and driving results? GDG Media is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the front line of communication with our clients, managing their campaigns and making sure they seeand feelthe ROI. Key Responsibilities Own client relationships and ensure satisfaction, retention, and success across all active accounts. Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms including: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, LSA) Email Marketing (Klaviyo, HighLevel, Mailchimp, Instantly, etc.) Social Media Content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) Work closely with internal teams (creative, ads, tech) to deliver results and meet deadlines. Onboard new clients by understanding their goals, gathering brand assets, and helping build campaign strategies. Communicate performance insights in client-friendly language with regular check-ins and reporting. Troubleshoot challenges and proactively suggest optimizations and upsells. Preferred Experience 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) Proven ability to run Google Ads campaigns Comfort with basic content creation for social media (graphics, reels, captions) Familiarity with email marketing platforms Strong communication skills and client-facing experience Organized, adaptable, and results-driven Bonus If You Have: Experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs Photography or videography background Background in working with service-based businesses Wordpress experience and the ability to vibe code Work Environment This role is in-person at our Bridgeton, NJ office during the training period. Hybrid flexibility may potentially be considered after training and onboarding are complete. You'll be joining a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team with big growth goals and a supportive environment.
