Attorney (Healthcare)Pride Health is hiring an Attorney to support our client's healthcare facility in Denver, CO.Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8 am – 5 pm; 40 hrs/wkLocation: Denver, CO - 80204Work Type: HybridJob Type: Local contractContract Length: 3-month contract (possibility to extend)Pay Range: $55 - $62 an Hour on W2. Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare and business contracts.Provide legal advice on operational, compliance, regulatory, and risk matters.Serve as legal counsel to assigned clinical and operational departments.Support legislative advocacy and related legal initiatives.Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to leadership.Advise on specialized matters such as managed care, reimbursement, IT, real estate, or construction.Collaborate with senior leadership, business teams, and the Legal Department on organizational priorities.Requirements:J.D. or equivalent doctorate in law.Active license to practice law.7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with emphasis in contract legal review and negotiation.Healthcare experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, risk, and operational matters.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Pride-Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
