Construction Project Manager

What You’ll Be Accountable For Delivering Projects Right — The First Time. You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision. Managing Financial Performance. You will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting. Holding the Standard With Subcontractors. You will set clear expectations, enforce commitments and follow through, address challenges constructively, and maintain strong, professional working relationships. Managing Risk Before It Becomes a Problem. You will make and advocate for decisions that are based on data, not assumptions, maintaining a high standard of quality and escalating concerns early in the process to protect the project and the client.
