Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC with a rapidly growing, founder-led wellness company focused on high-quality botanical products, including premium kratom and kava. This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional who enjoys outbound calling, consultative selling, relationship building, and closing new business.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help expand the company’s wholesale footprint by connecting with retail partners, presenting a high-demand product line, and driving repeat revenue. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to retailers in the kratom and kava category to introduce premium products and generate new wholesale business.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, objection handling, closing, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners to drive repeat business and long-term account growth.
- Educate store owners on best-selling, high-margin products and help them identify the right product mix to maximize revenue.
- Respond to inbound inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Track pipeline activity, meet sales targets, and share market feedback with leadership to support growth opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Base salary of $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year.
- Uncapped commission.
- Performance incentives tied to revenue and growth.
