About the team: The Global Logistics Destination Operations team manages the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. Collaborating with internal and external partners, the team addresses operational challenges, enhances processes, and upholds company standards. Utilizing data analysis, they optimize network efficiency to support sales, inventory, and profitability objectives. The team leads performance management, drives continuous improvement, and fosters accountability and integrity. Their dedicated efforts ensure seamless supply chain execution aligned with Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
