Appointment scheduling, answering common questions, and interacting with customers are the primary daily functions. We are searching for someone who is willing to learn, interacts cordially with customers and coworkers, has a team-oriented mindset, and has the ability to handle multiple demands at once.Duties / Responsibilities:Answers and returns Service Department phone callsResponds to commonly asked questions from customersSchedules service appointments via phone and in personProvides exceptional customer service interactions with all customersPerforms other dealership tasks as assignedRequired Qualifications:An understanding of basic automotive functions and partsAbility and willingness to learnA positive and professional attitude when interacting with both customers and coworkersCapable of multi-tasking and prioritizing a variety of dutiesBasic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:Customer service experienceAutomotive experienceHigh School Diploma / GEDAll applicants are considered!
