This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Beaverton, Oregon. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, including attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet clients' staffing needs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic recruiting methods to identify and attract top talent. Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website). Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Check references and administer background checks on candidates. Discuss compensation packages with candidates. Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and third-party recruiting resources. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence related to recruiting. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to deescalate issues when needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in recruitment or staffing preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Positive and professional attitude with a passion for helping people find career opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation based on experience.
