AmeriCorps Public Health Advocate & CHW (Part-Time)

AmeriCorps

A community service organization is seeking a Community Health Worker in Denver, Colorado. This part-time role involves training to support community health through outreach and case management. Applicants will help individuals navigate health services and enhance community capacity.
