Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - English/Spanish Required)

About the Role:
Our Customer Service Representatives play a key role in assisting both new and existing customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payments. You'll also communicate with customers daily and make courtesy calls when needed-all while providing friendly, professional service.

Education:

Experience:

Nuestros Representantes de Servicio al Cliente son responsables de ayudar a nuevos y actuales clientes con preguntas sobre prstamos, evaluaciones de vehculos, manejo de cuentas y pagos. Tambin se comunican con los clientes diariamente y realizan llamadas de cortesa cuando sea necesario, brindando siempre un servicio amable y profesional.

Requisitos:

• Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo
• Actitud positiva y profesional
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y servicio al cliente
• Atencin al detalle y organizacin

Educacin:

• Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente requerido

Experiencia:

• Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente preferida
• Conocimientos bsicos de computacin y entrada de datos
