Licenses/Certifications: LA PT License, BLS, ACLS (preferred)
Experience: 1+ years in outpatient or related settings
Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, including sports medicine, pediatrics, neuro patients, and post-surgical cases
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Manage a caseload independently, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient care accurately using EMR systems (Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
- Educate patients and families on recovery exercises and injury prevention
- Comply with departmental and hospital policies, including attending general and departmental orientations
What You Need
- Required: Current LA PT license, BLS certification
- Preferred: ACLS certification, experience with spinal cord injuries, TBI, trauma, orthopedic outpatient, neuro, or pediatrics
- Key Skills: Ability to work independently, strong patient communication, teamwork skills, familiarity with EMR systems
- Experience: 1+ years in outpatient therapy or related specialties; new graduates considered depending on experience
