Description
Life Signs is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our dedicated team in the Hospital/Health Care industry. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest standards of quality in our healthcare services while working from the comfort of your home in Roanoke.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare services
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify areas for quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and outcomes
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and projects
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in quality assurance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in quality management tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
