Tekion is seeking a People Business Partner in Pleasanton, CA for a full-time, in-office role. You will bridge business needs with People strategy, owning talent initiatives across client groups, and partnering with leaders to drive performance and culture. You will navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships, and lead strategic people programs while contributing to a fast-growing organization.
