Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN / RN Case Manager in Abilene, Texas to deliver exceptional end-of-life care to patients and their families. You will be the primary contact, providing compassionate nursing care, assessments, and emotional guidance throughout the hospice journey. This role necessitates clinical assessment skills and the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Experience in hospice or palliative care is advantageous.
