Rehabilitation Full Time , Day , 0930-6:00 POSITION SUMMARY: The Rehabilitation Office Specialist gathers pertinent information to register patients for the clinics, verifies existing demographic information, schedule patients on providers’ schedules, completes incoming and outgoing faxes, answers incoming and outgoing phone calls; documents patient phone calls as needed, coordinates patient experience, manages all documentation requiring clarification and plan of care/recertification to maintain accuracy and accountability of dates and physician signatures, as well as other clerical duties. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED One year general office experience Starting pay is $19.89/hr - $22.72/hr DOE.
