Phlebotomist III – FloaterOur client, a medical research company, is looking for a Phlebotomist III – Floater for their Lakeville, MN location. Responsibilities include representing the face of the company to patients, drawing quality blood samples, and maintaining a safe and professional environment. The Phlebotomist III will demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, medical assistant or paramedic training preferred, phlebotomy certification preferred, 3-5 years of phlebotomy experience needed, minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred, customer service in a retail or service environment preferred, keyboard/data entry experience a must, and state of credentials licenses required: graduated phlebotomist certification.Why should you apply?
