We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Advisor with a CFA designation to join a growing wealth management team. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners by delivering sophisticated financial planning, investment management, and wealth preservation strategies. The ideal candidate combines deep investment expertise with strong relationship-building skills and has a passion for helping clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Deliver comprehensive financial planning services including retirement, investment, tax‑efficient wealth accumulation, estate planning, risk management, and income strategies. Construct, monitor, and rebalance investment portfolios aligned with client objectives and risk tolerances. Conduct detailed investment analysis, market research, and portfolio performance reviews. Provide proactive guidance during changing market conditions and economic environments. Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals including CPAs, attorneys, and tax advisors to develop integrated wealth management solutions. Identify opportunities to grow assets under management through referrals, networking, and business development activities. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and fiduciary responsibilities. Present investment recommendations and financial plans in a clear, professional, and client-friendly manner. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment analysis, and financial planning strategies. Experience managing relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build trust and deliver a superior client experience. Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, tax considerations, and estate planning concepts. Preferred Qualifications CFP®, CPA, or additional financial planning credentials. Existing book of business or demonstrated success growing client assets. Experience with financial planning and portfolio management platforms.
