Overview

Duties
Must complete 3 days in-office paid training
($20 per hour for in office training)
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new leads and expand territory sales within assigned regions.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular communication, product demonstrations, and personalized service.
• Conduct prospecting activities including cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM systems to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Present compelling product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing deals, and onboarding new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent systems.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
Skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to handle territory sales effectively and independently.
• Business development experience combined with account management expertise to grow existing client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools to track activity and forecast revenue.
• Strong negotiation, deal closing, and customer relationship building skills to secure long-term partnerships.
• Technical sales experience with an understanding of telecommunications or technology products is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills for client presentations, product demos, and client negotiations—both inside and outside sales environments.
• Ability to prospect new clients through cold calling, networking events, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience working within a sales environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for strategic advantage.
