Purchasing Administrator CIMA AVIATION INC Doral, Florida, United States About this position Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Admin to join our team. In this role, you will support purchasing operations by managing order data, sourcing pricing, and helping ensure smooth procurement processes. Responsibilities: Enter and process purchase order data, change orders, amendments, and related documentation Source pricing for spares using ILS and OEM websites Follow up on and monitor the status of open purchase orders Analyze inventory levels, demand/spend profiles, and lead times to support purchasing decisions Perform other clerical duties as assigned Requirements: What You'll Need High school diploma required; some college preferred. Previous aviation purchasing experience preferred. General proficiency in MS Excel and Word required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency mandatory — must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment.
