- * Supply Chain Coordinator **
- * Rarewaves-USA ** is a fast-growing global e-commerce company specializing in entertainment and consumer products, with a catalog of more than 1.5 million items across categories including music, movies, books, games, electronics, toys, gifts, and more.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Supply Chain Manager with inventory management, vendor communication, purchase order tracking, and day-to-day supply chain operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is confident following through with suppliers, internal teams, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Create and submit vendor purchase orders accurately and on time
Track open purchase orders from placement through completion
Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery timelines, and any delays
Coordinate with Accounts Payable to verify vendor invoices against purchase orders
Support inventory management processes to ensure product availability and operational needs are met
Follow established supply chain procedures, protocols, and best practices
Identify and communicate potential issues before they impact timelines
Maintain accurate records and support reporting as needed
What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of supply chain, purchasing, order entry, or inventory support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Accountability, reliability, and an ownership mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
